erp-integration
ERP & systems integration
Sync inventory, orders and pricing between Shopify and NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics or your internal systems — reliably, with proper error handling.
{% mario · shopify developer · since 2016 %}
Most agencies build stores. I build the parts they pass on — ERP integrations, headless storefronts, B2B wholesale portals and the custom logic your catalogue actually needs.

erp-integration
Sync inventory, orders and pricing between Shopify and NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics or your internal systems — reliably, with proper error handling.
headless
React storefronts on the Storefront API when you need speed and control a Liquid theme can't give you — built to stay maintainable.
b2b-wholesale
Customer-specific pricing, net terms, gated catalogues and quote flows on Shopify Plus — a real wholesale channel, not a workaround.
custom-apps
Private and public Shopify apps when no listing does what you need — admin extensions, checkout logic, automations and dashboards.
migration
Move from WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce without losing URLs, SEO or data — with redirects mapped and verified.
performance
Diagnose what's actually slowing the store — render-blocking apps, heavy Liquid, unoptimised media — and fix the Core Web Vitals that matter.

{% section 'how-i-work' %}
Four stages, no black boxes. You always know what's happening and what it costs.
01 — audit
I look at the store, the systems around it and the actual problem — then tell you plainly what's involved.
02 — scope
A fixed, written scope with a timeline and a price. No vague estimates, no surprises later.
03 — build
Work in the open on a staging store, with regular updates. You see progress, not a silent month.
04 — support
Careful launch, then ongoing support or a retainer if you want a developer on call.
{% section 'about' %}
I started where most people do — theme customisation and Liquid. Over nine years that turned into custom apps, headless storefronts and the integration work that keeps a growing store running: connecting Shopify to the systems a business actually runs on.
I work solo and ship complete — not tickets handed back half-finished, but working features you can put in front of customers. I'm based in Copenhagen, which means full overlap with UK and Irish business hours and a working-morning overlap with the US East Coast.
If you have a Shopify problem that the app store can't solve, that's the kind of thing I like most.
